Confirmation of the accident procession's possibility will be messaged after investigating whether, how, and why the accident happened by the dedicated accident response person in charge or at the site of an accident

Document proof of price (Reparable items will be compensated based on the repair costs)
Bank statement copy
Tax invoice (VAT deducted before compensation without the tax invoice)
Letter of attorney (in case of payment to a third party excluding contractor, sender, or recipient)
Reception period
Within 14 days from the completion of delivery (Cannot be returned beyond the period)
